Requirements:

Credential Information: Ensure a seamless experience by purchasing and providing credential information at least 5 days before the race. Please provide a separate NAME, EMAIL, and CELL PHONE NUMBER for each pass purchased.

Rules:

Age Restrictions: Must be 18 years old to purchase.
Complimentary Pass: Receive one complimentary minor pass (cold access) for each adult pass purchased (applicable for individuals under 18 years old).
Casual Dress Code: No need to worry about attire; feel free to wear shorts and flip-flops.
Personal Comforts: Bring along a small cooler, fold-up chairs, cameras, autograph material, and scanners. Note that alcohol is not permitted in the garage and pit areas.
Pass Regulations: Passes are non-transferable, allowing only the individual whose name is provided to use the pass once registered. Name changes are allowed up to 5 days before the race or can be transferred to another race if necessary.

1. Refund Policy

1.1 No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for VIP passes or sponsorship purchases, including but not limited to NASCAR events. We will allow purchasers to exchange passes to future events if told 6 day before registration, and only to races were supplies are avaialble. Please carefully review your selection before completing the purchase.

1.2 Event Changes or Cancellations

In the rare event that a NASCAR race or associated event is canceled, rescheduled, or materially altered, our policy may be subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes and provide suitable alternatives.

2. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Sponsorship passes remain in a virtual state until retrieved at the track's credentials office. To initiate this process, we gather your name, cell phone number, and email for each pass purchased. Subsequently, we share this information with the NASCAR team affiliated with your sponsorship. They will then submit your details to NASCAR on your behalf, and you can expect to be contacted by NASCAR via text message. This text will include a link to NASCAR's online portal, where you can finalize your registration. Upon successful completion of the registration, you will receive a QR code for easy pickup at NASCAR's credentials office.
