Requirements:
- Credential Information: Ensure a seamless experience by purchasing and providing credential information at least 5 days before the race. Please provide a separate NAME, EMAIL, and CELL PHONE NUMBER for each pass purchased. Call before purchase if within the 5 day window!
Rules:
Age Restrictions: Must be 18 years old to purchase
Complimentary Pass: Receive one complimentary minor pass (cold access) for each adult pass purchased (applicable for individuals under 18 years old). No minor Passes for small tracks! (Bristol, Darlington, North Wilksboro)
Casual Dress Code: No need to worry about attire; feel free to wear shorts and flip-flops.
Personal Comforts: Bring along a small cooler, fold-up chairs, cameras, autograph material, and scanners. Note that alcohol is not permitted in the garage and pit areas.
Pass Regulations: Passes are non-transferable, allowing only the individual whose name is provided to use the pass once registered. Name changes are allowed up to 5 days before the race or can be transferred to another race if necessary

1. Refund Policy
1.1 No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for VIP passes or sponsorship purchases, including but not limited to NASCAR events. We will allow purchaser to move the pass purchased to a race in the future only when we are notified 6 day prior to the race purchased, and when supplies are available. Please carefully review your selection before completing the purchase.
1.2 Event Changes or Cancellations
In the rare event that a NASCAR race or associated event is canceled, rescheduled, or materially altered, our policy may be subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any changes and provide suitable alternatives.
2. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update, modify, or change this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Sponsorship passes transition into a virtual status until they are physically retrieved at the track's credentials office. The procedure involves gathering your name, cell phone number, and email for every purchased pass. Subsequently, we transmit this information to the NASCAR team associated with your sponsorship. They will then submit your details to NASCAR on your behalf, and you will receive communication from NASCAR via text message. This text will contain a link to NASCAR's online portal, where you will finalize your registration. After successfully completing the registration process, you will be issued a QR code for use during the pickup at NASCAR's credentials office.
